We all love Maggi Recipes and there are very few people who have never tried Maggi or made their own Maggi recipe. Most of us will probably start cooking from Maggie.
Necessary Ingredients of Fried Maggi Recipe
Maggie = a packet
Water = half cup
Onion = half a piece
Tomato = a medium size
Seasonal vegetable Maggi recipes with vegetables
Carrots, Peas, Beans, Cabbage, Capsicum
Oil = 1 tbsp
Salt = according to taste
How to Make Fried Maggi Recipe?
Step 1:- Wash and chop all the vegetables well.
Step 2:- Heat the oil in a frypan, roast it until the onions turn light pink.
Step 3:- Add all the vegetables in it, keep spooning in the vegetables in the middle, and cook them slow gas.
Step 4:- When the vegetables are cooked to some extent, then start making Maggi on one side.
Step 5:- When the vegetables are cooked then add finely chopped or tomato puree and salt and mix well.
Step 6:- Now after the tomatoes are cooked, mix the Maggi with the vegetables.
Step 7:- Cook for a while covered in a low flame and serve.
