Aam ka Pana is very helpful in protecting your body from heat and keeping your body temperature stable during the summer of the ninth. It is very simple to make it, let us make Aam ka Pana Recipe (Raw Mango Cooler) today.

Ingredients for Aam ka Pana Recipe (Raw Mango Cooler):-

  • Raw mango - 300 grams of 2 -3 medium size
  • Roasted Cumin Powder - two teaspoon
  • Black salt - as per taste (two teaspoons)
  • Black pepper - a quarter teaspoon
  • Sugar - 100 - 150 grams (1/2 - 3/4 cup)
  • Mint - 20 to 30 leaves

How to Make Aam ka Pana Recipe (Raw Mango Cooler)?

Previously, when we used to cook food on the stove, we used to roast raw mangoes by pressing them in the ashes of the stove and make mango pan from these roasted raw mangoes. 

  • Nowadays, mangoes are made by grinding and boiling mangoes, but instead of peeling these boiled mangoes out of the pulp, peeling raw mangoes before boiling is more convenient. 
  • We are making mango curry as follows.
  • Proper wash raw mangoes, peel them, and separate the pulp from the kernels.
  • Boil this pulp with a cup of water.
  • Now grind this boiled pulp with sugar, black salt, and mint leaves in a grinder. 
  • Grind and mix one liter of cold water, add sieve, black pepper, and roasted cumin powder. 
  • Raw Mango Panna is ready. Serve it with cold ice cubes. 
  • You can also serve it by decorating with mint leaves.
