How to Prepare Rava Sheera Recipe Homemade?

It is a simple South Indian dessert made with semolina, ghee, and sugar. This recipe is made mostly for breakfast and is served with other savory dishes like Upma, Khara Bhat, and Poha. This recipe can be served as dessert or dessert at any time, whether it is lunch or dinner.
A variety of sweets are made from semolina throughout India. In different places, their names, colors, texture, and sweetness vary due to the way they are made. One such South Indian Classical Desert recipe is Rava Sheera which is made with thick semolina and ghee.

I have posted about several sweets made from semolina in my blog. The methods of making all the recipes are different and they are also quite different from each other. Especially in North India, this recipe is known as semolina halwa.

This recipe is thick and does not contain saffron color. But in South India, molasses recipe is made in many ways. The recipe I posted is very simple but you can also use any fruit to make it attractive. You can cut pineapple, banana, orange or mango and add it to make it like a pudding. Although I have kept this recipe quite simple and simple.

Now I would like to give you some ways and suggestions to make delicious Rava molasses. First of all, always use thick Rava or Bombay Rava for this dessert recipe. Never make this recipe with fine or spicy Rava. If you want to add any type of fruit, then you can add it, but for this, you have to control the amount of sugar in the Rava molasses, otherwise, it will be much sweeter.

Material for Rava Sheera Recipe:-

To roast:

  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 7 cashews, halved
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • ½ cup Rava or semolina

Other material:

  • 1½ cups of water
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • 3 drops yellow food color (food color)
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Best Steps for Make Rava Sheera Recipe Homemade

Step1:- First, put 2 tablespoons ghee in a pan and then add 7 cashews, 2 tablespoons raisins and fry on low heat.

Step2:- When it turns golden brown, keep it aside.

Step3:- Now add ½ cup Rava to the remaining ghee and keep frying on low heat for 5 minutes. Then take it out and keep it aside.

Step4:- Put 1½ water in a large kadhai and boil till it boils.

Step5:- Then add Rava slowly to it and keep stirring continuously.

Step6:- The Rava will soak up all the water from it and form a mixture without knots.

Step7:- Now mix ½ cup sugar in it and stir continuously.

Step8:- This dissolves all the sugar in it and the Rava absorbs it.

Step9:- After that add, 4 cups ghee and 3 drops yellow food color to it. Adding food color depends on your desire whether you want to mix it or not.

Step10:- Now mix it well, so that everything mixes evenly.

Step11:- Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes so that the Rava cooks well.

Step12:- Now add roasted cashew nuts, raisins, and ½ tsp cardamom powder.

Step13:- Now mix it well, so that everything mixes well.

Step14:- Now in the end enjoy molasses with saline rice or you can serve it in Prasad form.

How to Make Soya Chunks Recipe with Fried Rice at Home?

It does not take much effort to make soya chunks vegetable, but if you want to taste it, then make it this way.

What are ingredients for Nutrela soya chunks recipe?


  • 50 g soy chunks (Badis)
  • 2 large onions, cut into thin slices
  • A large tomato, cut into pieces
  • One tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • A teaspoon garam masala
  • A small spoon of vegetable masala
  • Half a teaspoon red chilli powder
  • One teaspoon turmeric powder
  • A small piece of cinnamon
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • A tablespoon milk
  • 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

How to Prepare Nutrela soya chunks recipe at Home?

Step1:- Mix water and milk in a vessel and keep it to warm for 4-5 minutes.
Step2:- When the water becomes hot, put soybean beans in it and leave it for half an hour.
Step3:- After the time, remove the big / soya chunks from the water and squeeze their water.
Step4:- Now put oil in a pan and keep it on a medium flame for heating.
Step5:- When the oil is hot, add cumin, cinnamon, cloves, and green Chillies and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
Step6:- After this, add chopped onion in the pan and fry till it becomes golden.
Step7:- When the onion is roasted, add ginger garlic paste to the boil and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the tomatoes and cook till it melts. If you want, you can also cover the pan.
Step8:- When tomatoes are melted, add garam masala, red Chili powder, vegetable masala, turmeric, salt, and fry till they leave the oil.
Step9:- Then add soybean badges to it and fry it for a while.
Step10:- Now add water in a pan and cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Step11:- Take off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves and eat it along with hot soya chunks of bread.

Tomato sauce tastes delicious. This chutney can be eaten with all dishes. The taste of tomato chutney is delicious with pakoras, idlis, Vadas, parathas, puris. All these dishes look incomplete without chutney.

Material for Tomato chutney Recipe at Home:-


  • 5 tomatoes
  • 4 red Chillies
  • 4 Lasun
  • 1 tsp asafoetida
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 piece ginger
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tomato Chutney Recipe?

Step1:- To make tomato chutney, first clean and clean the tomatoes.
Step2:- Now take a tomato and chop it finely. Do the same with all tomatoes.
Step3:- When tomatoes are well-cut, keep them. Prepare a paste by grinding ginger and garlic.
Step4:- After doing this, take a pan and heat oil by adding oil to it.
Step5:- When the oil is hot, add asafoetida to it.
Step6:- Now add chopped tomatoes, add salt, Chilli, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, etc. and mix well.
Step7:- Now, wait for the tomatoes to cook. When the tomatoes are cooked with spices, lighten the gas. With this, your spices will mix well and cook.
Step8:- Wait for the mixture to cool down.
Step9:- Now put this mixture in the grinder and grind it well. When all is crushed, take it out in a bowl.
Step10:- Your delicious and awesome tomato chutney recipe is ready.
