Veg Paneer Pulao Recipe at Home

The fragrance of fried paneer's pieces, soft puffy pea's pieces, and Indian spices. You can make Paneer Rice or Paneer Pulao recipe anytime or on any special occasion.

Ingredients for Paneer Pulao Recipe


  • Basmati rice - 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Peas - ½ cup
  • Ghee - 2-3 tbsp
  • Coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt - a little more than 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
  • Large cardamom - 2
  • Cinnamon - ½ inch
  • Cloves - 3-4
  • Black pepper - 8-10
  • Lemon - 1

How to Make Paneer Pulao Recipe at Home?

Step1: Wash the rice and keep it for half an hour to soak. Cook the rice in the microwave, in a cooker, or in a similar vessel.

Step2: Cut the paneer into ½ inch square pieces. Put ghee in the pan and heat it, when the ghee is slightly hot, apply the pieces of paneer to roast in the pan and turn it on both sides and fry until it turns light brown.

Step3: Grind the cloves, black pepper, cardamom seeds, and cinnamon and coarsely.

Step4: Add cumin and ground masala to the remaining ghee in the pan and fry it lightly, now add ginger paste and fry a little.

Step5: Add the peas, fry all the ingredients with a spoon for 1 minute and then cover it and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

Step6: Add roasted peas, boiled rice to the spices, fried paneer pieces, and salt, mix it well, add lemon juice and mix again, turn off the gas and add the casserole to a plate.

Step7: Take it out, garnish with green coriander leaves and the paneer pulao is ready.

Step8: Serve hot Paneer Pulao with curd, chutney or pickle and eat.

  • 2 onions

Step1:- Take egg first and boil them. When it boils, peel them and separate the skin.

Step2:- Now keep the boiled egg aside. It will be needed after some time. Now finely chop the onion tomatoes.

Step3:- Ginger, garlic, chilies, cardamom, cloves, lentils, all combine and grind them well and make a paste.

Step4:- Now take a pan and put oil in it and heat it on the gas. When the oil gets slightly hot, add cumin seeds, then add chopped onions and fry them on low heat. Fry for 4-5 minutes when the light golden color is not browned.

Step5:- Now add finely chopped tomatoes as well as a little salt so that the tomato cooks quickly.

Step6:- Now cook the tomatoes on low heat. After doing so add turmeric, coriander, garam masala, salt, etc. Put the paste that we had prepared in this too.

Step7:- After this, roast all the mixture well on low heat so that all the spices are cooked well. Also, grind the cashew coconut lightly. This will make the taste even more amazing.

Step8:- Now add a boiled egg to it. Also, add some water. Now cook it on a low flame as well as add some coriander leaves.

Step9:- Keep it after cooking for a while. The hot curry is ready.

Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe at Home In English

Ingredients of Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe

500g Chicken Legs

For marination:

1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
For Rice:
A pinch of saffron
1/2 cup milk
2 cups of water
5 cardamom
3 cloves
1 Dal Sugar Stick
2 mace
2 large cardamom
5 black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup basmati rice
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp coriander, chopped into pieces
2 tablespoon fried onions
3 almonds, sliced

How to Make Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biryani Recipe?

Grind the chicken in a bowl and add marinating spices to it and let it marinate for 4 hours.

1. Mix saffron in a cup of milk and keep it aside.

2. Now to prepare rice, discard the saffron, and put the ingredients in the washed rice.

3. Cook it for 3.10 to 15 minutes.

4. Heat ghee in a pan and add marinated chicken and also cooked rice. Add saffron milk, coriander, fried onions, and chopped almonds and mix well.

5. Allow it to cook on low heat, cover it with foil for 20 to 30 minutes.

(Allow it to cook until the water dries, the chicken and rice are completely cooked.)
6. Now open it and mix the rice well. You can serve it by adding some rose water on it.

How to Make a Veg Pulao Recipe at Home in English?

Vegetable Rice Pulao Recipe

Everyone likes rice, but add green vegetables to it and make a casserole, then it increases its taste and nutritional value. Then make a green casserole of green vegetables. In this casserole, ghee will also be used very little because a lot of people want to eat less ghee.

What are Ingredients for Vegetable Rice Pulao Recipe?


  1. Basmati rice - 200 grams or 2 small bowls
  2. Lemon-1
  3. Desi Ghee or refined oil - 1 tablespoon or less
  4. Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  5. Cloves - break into 3-4 pieces
  6. Large cardamom - 1-2 peel and take out the seeds.
  7. Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
  8. French beans - 50 grams or 15-16
  9. Capsicum - 2 finely chopped
  10. Cabbage - 50 grams finely chopped
  11. Green peas - a bowl peeled
  12. Green coriander - half bowl finely chopped
  13. Salt - as per taste

How to Make Vegetable Rice Pulao Recipe at Home?

Wash Pulav rice thoroughly and soak in water for 1/2 hour.

Here, I am sharing two types of processes.
1. If you want to make it in the microwave
2. If you want to cook rice on gas

If you want to make it in the microwave:-

Put the soaked rice in a bowl kept in the microwave and add twice the water to it, and add lemon juice and salt, now cover the rice, and cook it for 12 minutes in the microwave.

After seeing the rice, you will know that the rice has cooked. Take it out of the microwave, and open the lid.

Put the pan on the gas. Add ghee and heat, and now add cumin seeds, after cumin turns brown, add cloves, cardamom seeds, and green chilies, fry for a minute and now add all the green vegetables and salt.

Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. Now cover the vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Remove the lid and see that the vegetables are cooked lightly.

Now add rice to these vegetables and roast them for 2 minutes while stirring. A casserole is ready.

If you want to cook rice on gas:-

So put ghee in the cooker and heat it, now add cumin seeds, after roasting cumin add cloves and cardamom seeds and green chilies and fry for 1 minute.

Now put all the vegetables.

Fry for a minute, and now add rice and fry again for 2 minutes.

And add double the water from the rice, now add lemon juice and salt.

Turn off the cooker.

As soon as the pressure comes in the cooker, turn off the gas.

Open the cooker after 5 minutes. A casserole is ready.

Take out the casserole in a bowl or a large plate.

Garnish with green coriander.

Serve with pickle or green chutney.

Previously, when we used to cook food on the stove, we used to roast raw mangoes by pressing them in the ashes of the stove and make mango pan from these roasted raw mangoes. 

  • Nowadays, mangoes are made by grinding and boiling mangoes, but instead of peeling these boiled mangoes out of the pulp, peeling raw mangoes before boiling is more convenient. 
  • We are making mango curry as follows.
  • Proper wash raw mangoes, peel them, and separate the pulp from the kernels.
  • Boil this pulp with a cup of water.
  • Now grind this boiled pulp with sugar, black salt, and mint leaves in a grinder. 
  • Grind and mix one liter of cold water, add sieve, black pepper, and roasted cumin powder.

Step 4:- When the vegetables are cooked to some extent, then start making Maggi on one side. 

Step 5:- When the vegetables are cooked then add finely chopped or tomato puree and salt and mix well. 

Step 6:- Now after the tomatoes are cooked, mix the Maggi with the vegetables.

Step 7:- Cook for a while covered in a low flame and serve.

  • 1 green chili

How to make Moong Dal Khichdi Recipe?

Step 1:- To make Moong Dal Khichdi Recipe at home, first of all, wash rice and green moong dal and soak it in water for half an hour. Now peel the potato and cut it into small pieces and also cut green chilies into small pieces.

Step 2:- After this, place a pressure cooker on medium flame and melt the butter in it. When the butter melts, add fennel seeds and fry it in the butter for a few seconds. Now put green chilies in the cooker and fry till its color turns light brown.

Step 3:- Now add chopped potatoes in this cooker and fry all these ingredients together for a minute, then add turmeric powder to it and cook for a few seconds.

Step 4:- Now add green moong dal and rice and add salt as per your taste. After this, add a little water twice to the moong dal and rice.

Step 5:- Now cover the cooker with a lid and cook until three to four whistles come. Turn off the heat after four seats. Keep the cooker to cool down for some time. After about five minutes the pressure of the cooker is over.

Step 6:- Delicious moong dal and rice khichdi are ready. Remove the khichdi in a plate and serve it warmly by garnishing it with butter.
